What to expect from an estimate

The online price is built from the same items as on site: labour, materials, scaffolding, lift or cherry picker, skip and travel in the province of Antwerp. Prices exclude VAT; you also see an estimate with 6% and 21%.

Storm damage or an acute leak is outside the calculator. Please contact us — we come on site quickly from Antwerp to the surrounding municipalities.

Questions about our roofing work

What is included in flat-roof work?

Depending on the condition of the structure: repair or insulate, or replace (with or without PIR insulation). The calculator automatically includes gutters, outlets, bends, downpipes, aluminium roof edge and Trespa finish on open sides. Optional: terrace finish and skylight.

Do you insulate a pitched roof from the outside?

Via the online flow we only price internal insulation of a pitched roof. Insulation thickness follows from the existing rafters. A finish is required: OSB or plasterboard, optionally with painting. Other pitched-roof work is planned after a site visit.

Do you install skylights on a flat roof?

Yes. You can choose a new skylight, keep, remove or replace an existing one, and optionally an opening mechanism. The skylight itself is not included in the installation item; that is stated in the estimate.

Do you also come for storm damage or a leak?

Yes. BeterDak comes quickly on site in Greater Antwerp for storm damage and leaking roofs, to limit further water damage. Use the calculator for a price indication of planned work; for emergencies call or email us.
